Introducing the 4Cs
Cut
The cut of the diamond is a measure of the quality of the shape, geometry, and finish of a diamond gemstone and are graded on a scale from Ideal (the best) to Poor. We hand-select diamonds that have optimal brightness, fire, scintillation, and maximum light performance.
Color
The color of a diamond is graded on a range of letters from D to Z. Ada only sells stones are that are independently graded as D, E, F, or G.
Clarity
Clarity is a measurement of how many inclusions are present in the diamond. Clarity is graded on a range from Flawless to Imperfect under 10x magnification. Ada Diamonds only sells diamonds that are VS2 (no includes visible to the naked eye) or better.
Carat Weight
The carat weight of a diamond is a measurement of its weight. When a diamond is properly cut, the carat weight defines the size of the diamond, and larger diamonds tend to be more expensive. Ada Diamonds offers lab grown diamonds as small as 1ct to over 5ct.

Independent Certification
Here at Ada Diamonds, all of our diamonds available for sale above 0.50ct are graded and certified by third party gemological organizations such as IGI, GIA, or GCAL. Independent certification by a third party is the best way to guarantee an un-biased grading of your laboratory-grown diamond and allow for you to get your lab diamond jewelry appraised and insured.
